Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EdgeSimulate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

EdgeSimulate provides Monte Carlo simulation, drawdown analysis, risk-of-ruin calculations, recovery analysis, block Monte Carlo tools, and related educational analytics for traders.

No Investment Advice

Nothing on EdgeSimulate constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Trading recommendations
• A guarantee of future performance
• An instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency, or other instrument

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and financial outcomes.

Simulation Limitations

Monte Carlo simulations and risk estimates are based on historical inputs, assumptions, and statistical sampling. Results are estimates only and may not reflect future performance.

Past performance, simulated performance, and hypothetical results do not guarantee future results.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Providing accurate information.
• Using EdgeSimulate lawfully and responsibly.
• Reviewing simulation results with appropriate caution.
• Making your own trading and financial decisions.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. Users may manage subscriptions through the billing portal when available.

Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, access to paid features may remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse EdgeSimulate, including by:

• Attempting to bypass subscription limits or access controls.
• Interfering with the platform's security or operation.
• Uploading malicious code or harmful content.
• Using the service for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeSimulate shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses resulting from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EdgeSimulate after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
